Gay Home Pages contained much original material that was created by the
webmaster and as this web site in it's original form was first published in 2000
and has now been radically overhauled, sources which were acknowledged for
material that was not of our making have in some instances changed as well.
Where ever possible permissions were sought and granted. It remains to say that
what is published here now is considered if not original material to be or to
have been in the public domain. Any concern regarding
this matter should be directed to the e mail address below, where
it will be given due attention. Please note that this is a non
commercial site. In order to protect
minors, and as in our opinion the only sensible way of verifying
age, some of our images are protected by 'UGAS' which verifies
age by credit card check. This generates a small financial gain,
which is set against the cost of maintaining this web site which is on our own
domain as
does any affiliated banners here on this site, All our efforts in
directing site traffic here promotes our web site as 'personal
home pages' . Please note that our intention is to share what we have, what we
are about, and
enjoy with others of the gay
community, and any other interested persons, who view what we
have created and published. The source files of any java scripts
that we have used and retain remain the copyright in most cases of the
authors who wrote them, and in no way are we prepared to divulge
them, unless obtained through provided links either on the web page where they
are used or on our links page which you will find on our blog pages. Where you find links to the scripts on the web pages, if you use them then you may
download the zip files in the usual manner, if permission is granted. In certain circumstances a license fee is payable to use the script, so please do not ask us, but check out the links.
